I’ve lost 22 lb since October when I started, and unlike all the other times I’ve ’dieted’, this time, I don’t get upset if I don’t lose weight quickly.  I just know my body is healthier, my mind is healthier and I’m happier. I feel less puffy and more motivated with life to make better choices. 


My ‘before’ picture was taken on the day I started using the WillPowders products and eating clean (90% of the time), and this is me now!

I started with the reset in the back of the ‘It’s Not a Diet’ and since then, I’ve made it work for me and my lifestyle.  It taught me to just make better choices, cut out seed oils, go to the gym 3 times a week to lift weights, but sometimes I go less.

I would suggest you take what works for you from the FFS Facebook group and the WillPowders Way. There are no rules and what works for one person might not work for someone else!
