Returns Policy

 

You can return any of our products within 28 days of delivery for a refund if approved by the WillPowders customer team.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Items did not arrived as expected

 

If your items are damaged, missing or the wrong items have been sent please accurately log the issues you are experiencing with your order via our Order Tracking Service. Please note, this must be logged within 28 days of delivery.

 

How to cancel an order

 

Once one off orders are placed via the website, there is a 30 minute window which allows you to cancel/ amend/ edit your order. Once this window closes you can contact the customer service team at info@willpowders.com with your order number and request, however, due to the team working quickly to pick and pack your items, unfortunately this means that it is very rate that we can amend or cancel this. If your order has been dispatched and you wish to return this, you can reject your order at the door, or do not collect your parcel from a sorting office / post office, we will refund you once the parcel has been returned to us by the delivery service provider.
If you paid a shipping fee this will be deducted from your refund total.


How to return an item for refund

 

If you have received your order, or an item you wish to return, please use our Order Tracking & Returns Service, input your order details and accurately log the return request. The team will review this within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) and you will receive an email with the outcome. If approved, go back to the above link, and you will then be able to view the free returns label to print, or a QR code.
