I’ve been taking this now for a couple of months and I can honestly say my knees and back feel so much better. I still get the odd niggle but no way near the pain or stiffness.

I have ulcerative colitis which seemed under control but then I had a really bad flare and I couldn’t keep on top of my symptoms. I thought I’d try this and I’m sure it has definitely improved things for me.

They have really helped with my digestive system and enabled me to come off my esomeprazole, which I had been taking for over 5 years. I will definitely continue to take these every morning with my collagen. As someone with stomach issues I empty them into a glass with my collagen, water and vitamin c supplement and it makes a great morning drink.
