    Open Accordion

Add one sachet to 300ml of still or sparkling water and mix. It's as simple as that!

    What are electrolytes?
    Open Accordion

Electrolytes are minerals in your body that carry an electric charge. They are crucial for various bodily functions, including regulating nerve and muscle function, maintaining hydration levels, balancing blood pH, and supporting overall fluid balance. They play a vital role in ensuring proper communication between cells and maintaining optimal health. Electrolyte imbalances can lead to symptoms like muscle cramps, fatigue, weakness, and irregular heartbeat.

    What do electrolytes do?
    Open Accordion

Electrolytes support instant hydration for both mental and physical performance. They go to work replenishing minerals lost through heat, sweat, exercise, or even through poor diet.

With ElectroTide packing a blend of Dandelion Root and Horsetail Tea extract, we've developed a diuretic powerhouse to help reduce water retention around the ankles, knees, face and hands; provide a complete mineral profile to support brain function; and help prevent bloating and fluid retention at altitude.

What happens when your body is low on electrolytes?
    Open Accordion

Low electrolytes can leave you feeling foggy, flat, and just a bit ‘meh’. You might experience dizziness, headaches, nausea, water retention or an unquenchable thirst. Muscles can feel crampy or weak, and over time, you may notice dry skin, brittle nails or even an irregular heartbeat.

    When should I take ElectroTide?
    Open Accordion

First thing in the morning for a natural energy boost and essential mineral top-up. Before, during, or after exercise. While flying or out in the sun. When you’re feeling foggy, bloated, or dealing with PMT.

Basically – whenever your body’s asking for hydration with a little extra support!

How many ElectroTide can I have per day?
    Open Accordion

Enjoy 1–2 sachets daily, or whenever you need a functional hydration boost. Listen to your body — it knows when it’s time to top up!
