Our MCT Keto Powder is essentially a convenient way to stop you snacking or to help you extend your fasting (when you are intermittent fasting). It's made of MCT powder from Indonesian coconuts and is combined with New-Zealand grass-fed butter. Use this good fat instead of milk in your coffee, tea, or other drinks. Having this form of fat sends the right signals to your brain to indicate you are full - and you won't want to reach for the sugary snacks.
We also have this amazing keto powder available in travel sachets for when you are at the cafe, on the train, going on holiday or in the office. Never be without your craving crusher!
It took me a little while to settle into using the powder as I’ve never used anything like this before.
I am also known for having ‘a healthy appetite’ and at first I wondered if it was working. However, I can confidently say that it does! I don’t need to graze between meals, I don’t eat as much and I feel full quicker and for longer.
Highly recommend!
ps definitely invest in one of those little battery powered whisks - they really make a difference in how the product dissolves!

I love it!
After reading both books I decided to quit sugar and processed foods. I bought this powder to see if it would help reduce my cravings for sugary snacks.I have been using this for 4 weeks, it works! I have lost 14lbs so far. It does take a bit of stirring for it to blend it properly. It tastes creamy which I love, I have found that I don’t enjoy my coffee without it.

Curbed my hunger
I was recommended to try this product by a work friend because she was a real chocoholic and serial take away person and she said for her it stopped her craving and stopped her feeling hungry all the time. I’m on a VLCD at the moment so not the best candidate to comment but I tried it in my coffee for a week and decided don’t feel the insane hunger I’ve been feeling for 2 months. The following week I stopped because my mentor told me I shouldn’t be having it while doing the diet so I stopped for a week and the hunger came back! So I know it works

Lovely product
This product helps me with my intermittent fasting goals
Add a level teaspoon* to any drink and blend with a hand-held milk frother. We do not use vegetable or seed oils, so it will require extra time to dissolve. It’s worth the wait. For even more impact, add some collagen powder as well. It blends into a lovely creamy drink - so much tastier than an olive oil coffee! Repeat daily as needed to stop the snack attacks! *You may need more than this in a larger drink or if you usually like your drinks very milky.

FAQs
I've come up with the phrase Phat Fuel because it shows that you are using fat as the principle energy source instead of sugar; therefore smoothing those notorious energy crashes and energy spikes you get when your body accesses sugar first.
Ketones are your body's way of naturally producing its own energy. It's an alternative source of fuel for the body and crosses the blood/brain barrier quickly. Ketones are particularly utilised with a high-fat, low-carb style of eating.
