For orders of £50, you can enjoy free delivery. For order under £50, the delivery charge is £4.50. For subscription order, the delivery charge is £2.49

All our products are natural. We cannot give specific medical advice.
We try to indicate on each product page when it will be back in stock. If you sign up on the relevant product, we will email you on the day it comes back into stock.
The product you want may be out of stock for a while due to high demand. We try our best to stay stocked, however due to our high product specifications we never swap out for cheaper ingredient replacements and may be at the mercy of the availability of ingredients from our suppliers.
You can sign up to get an alert for the particular product you want, and we will send you an email as soon as it is in stock.
Many of our products are suitable for differing dietary requirements. All our products have the suitability listed on the specific product page.
This will depend on the product and your intolerances or allergies. You can find out if products are right for you via the relevant product pages and ingredients list.
Our Collagen, MCT Keto Powder and ElectroTides are simply food - so use your usual judgement.
Calm (L-Theanine) is generally considered safe for over 12's.
For other supplements, please take advice as you would for any other supplement. We would advise you speak to your child's doctor if they are under 16; however, all of our products are natural.

Subscriptions
Below are some of our frequently asked questions about subscriptions
Find the products that you want to buy, click 'subscribe and save', choose whether you want your products every month or every two months and add to your basket. When you check out and buy your products, make sure that you click the 'subscription agreement' box to ensure that your products are delievered automatically.
Log into your account, click the 'manage my subscription' button - you can cancel, pause or restart your subscription any time.
Your subscription may pause automatically if one of the products is out of stock. You will receive an email notification if this is the case. When the item comes back into stock, your subscription will restart.

The Good Fat Club
Below are some of our frequently asked questions about our loyalty scheme
Your points will be added to your account 14 days after you have made a purchase.
You must have an account to be a member of The Good Fat Club and earn points for discounts.
Your points will be added 14 days after you have made a purchase, referred a friend (who is a new customer) makes their first purchase. Your points will show as 'pending' within this 14 day window.
You can only start earning points if you have an account. After you have set up your account, points will automatically be assigned if you make a purchase, refer a friend, like us on Facebook or Instagram or sign up to our mailing list. See our Good Fat Club for more information.
No, you cannot earn points from returned orders.
Our loyalty platform started at the beginning of October 2023, so any purchases made before this will not accrue points. If you set up an account at the beginning of October, you should have been earning points since then. If you think you are owed points, please contact us via our contact form.
Points are added 14 days after you have made a purchase. If 14 days have passed and points still haven't been added, please check that you were logged into your account when you placed your order. You can do this via your account.
