I think these really help when I’m feeling sluggish and it a bit meh. Definitely buy again. Not mad keen on the flavours, the taste but getting used to them. Strawberry is probably the one I find most palatable.

I wasn't sure I'd get on with this product as I have been avoiding caffeine for years, and can tend to get a bit whizzy on it. Had seen some other reviews that very very positive, and I'm so glad I purchased. Fatigue and low energy are my main peri-menopause symptom, and although I've made adjustments to my diet and lifestyle and started HRT I'm still hit by debilitating periods where I feel I'm filled with cement! This stuff is like superpowers in a powder. I cannot believe the incredible focus and energy I feel on it. As it also contains L-theanine which has a calming effect, so no whizzy feeling and you don't feel a 'come down'. I've just run out and will be ordering double next time. I've even given it to my husband, who has been going through a very stressful period - he swears it doesn't have any effect (very different metabolism to me), but I see the difference in him! I take it when I need extra focus at work, before exercise (some of my very best sessions on this stuff) and for a general energy and mood boost. Can't be without it now.

I don’t take these every day, just as and when I need them, but boy are they a lifesaver! I use them when I’ve hit a wall and still got a tonne of stuff to, when I'm flagging in the afternoon, when I’ve decided to hit the gym but not feeling quite motivated. It makes me feel focused, bouncing with energy, and giddy, but in a good way 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
