Didn’t really know if this was going to help me at all but mid 60s decided to give it a try. I have a heaped tablespoon every night in hot water before bed and I have noticed one difference after 2 months. My nails appear to be stronger. My nails are very age-related ridged and they always crumble and split in the winter months but I have noticed a definite improvement.
At first I didn’t like the taste but now find it comforting and quite addictive.
