Delicious and you can feel the difference!
So a friend of a friend recommended these to me when they found out I was training for a walking marathon (lots of hours spent stomping across fields in the sun in training). What a great recommendation!. The Cherry one is lovely too and you can really feel the difference. It stopped me getting headaches that I would often get after a few hours walking despite chugging loads of water. Only one I can drink 🍉
After a few bad illness episodes and orange and blackcurrant rehydrate i never thought i could mange to drink anything like it again. I hate saccharine and the aftertaste/coating in your mouth. These are phenomenal, tasty to drink, no aftertaste and the perfect preloaded for before a night out 😉 and for during a workout of course. 😊
