This is a supplement to help your body naturally power up levels of testosterone naturally. Although usually linked with men, this is a hormone we all have. Low levels of testosterone can have a negative effect on everyone. Although men in the UK can be prescribed testosterone on the NHS, it is hard (and a postcode lottery) to get a prescription for women.
How does it work?
The ingredients have been specially selected as a blend to maximise your body;s capability to formulate the hormne testosterone. Boosing testosterone levels with supplements naturally can reduce symptoms associalted with low levels.
Who should take it?
Both men and women are likely to see a drop in testosterone levels in mid-life. For women it is common during peri-menopause. You may have low levels of testosterone if you are showing one or more of the following symptoms: Women: Low self-esteem, fatigue, low libido, increased body fat, muscle loss, poor memory, weak orgasm. Men: Low libido, erectile disfunction, muscle loss, low bone density, depression, hair loss. A simple blood test from your doctor, Thriva, or other healthcare provider, will indicate your levels. We recommend that you have your levels tested before taking, and again after 3-6 months in order to track your levels.
How do I take it?
Pre-Menopausal women - take one capsule with food twice a week. Post-Menopausal women - take one capsule with food three times a week. Men - take 2 capsules with food three times a day 5 days a week. Continue to take until your testosterone levels are optimal

If you take between 2-5g this isn't enough to kick off your metabolism and break your fast.
I like to spread out my servings of Collagen Peptides throughout the day. I would recommend a maximum of 10g per day. I split mine over 2 portions.
I found that after 3 weeks of consistently taking Collagen Peptides, my nails were stronger and my skin was brighter - but it does depend on your lifestyle and obviously everything else you put in to your body has an impact on the effectiveness.

Men have a dominance of androgen receptors in their physiology for testosterone, creating a greater requirement of the hormone to support cardiovascular and neurological health. Basically, they need to manufacture more bone and muscle.

This product can be taken with the insulin, progesterone and oestrogen boost product, but should not be used with the oestrogen detox.
Oestrogen boost and testosterone support can be used together, but keep a close eye on blood sugar levels to ensure there os no overwhelm of insulin sensitivity. If blood sugar becomes elevated, then stop the use of this product and use the insulin support first until you have better insulin sensitivity.
