Mix 2 heaped tablespoons (approximately 25g), or 2 WillPowders large scoops, with 300ml of water, milk or drink of your choice. Shake well or use a Whizzer. For a lighter snack, add 1 large scoop (approximately 14.5g). Equally, add 1 large scoop, per person, for an extra 14.5g of protein to any saucy recipe.
