Keto Pretzels

A keto pretzel that is high in protein and will curb those carb cravings.
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Add your hard cheese and cream cheese to a microwavable bowl and melt.
Step 2
Allow your cheese to cool slightly and add your egg, almond flour, baking powder and salt and mix until a dough is formed.
Step 3
Roll out your dough like a sausage and twist into a pretzel shape. You can make one large one, or mini ones. Sprinkle with salt.
Step 4
Pop your pretzel on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-17 minutes.

- 190g of Cheese
- 2 tbsp of Cream Cheese
- 1 organic Egg
- 70g of Almond Flour
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- Celtic Sea Salt.
