Ditch the UPF chocolate spread and opt for this endurance boosting, muscle supporting, high in protein recipe.

Ingredients

  • 300g mixed Activated Nuts, drained
  • 6-10 Medjool Dates, stoned
  • 2 big Scoops WillPowders Performance Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 100g grass fed Butter
  • 2-3 tbsp of Maple Syrup or Honey

Method

Step 1

Blitz all of the ingredients together to make a smooth paste

Step 2

Give it a taste and see what you think. If you want it a bit more chocolatey, add a teaspoon of cocoa and a teaspoon of protein powder at a time. If you want it sweeter, maybe add a another couple of dates. If you want a more robust flavour, add a pinch of sea salt
