I initially ordered the stash tin, I struggle with being consistent and often start different ‘diets’ and plans, however, after reading the book and incorporating small changes in my diet, and using willpowders products every day, I’m seeing benefits to my mental clarity, energy levels, skin and hair, oh and weight loss! I am new to willpowders and bought the book to explain the whole concept. Very easy to read and explains the science behind gut health well. Also dispels often held thoughts about the whole diet/weight loss journey. Really enjoyed the book, helped me to plan my own new healthy eating plan , I’m seeing results and feeling better already.

I originally borrowed a book from the library but felt I needed to keep referring to it - hence why I have now bought it. It’s Great read and definitely helps you focus on eating better quality foods with less chemicals.
It has lots of good ideas and I have learnt some interesting facts.
