My allergies have gone! I have terrible allergies and they have been getting worse year in year to the degree that only doctor prescribed stuff works. They usually start at the very beginning of April like clockwork and get so bad that they give me chest infections. However, I have noticed next to nothing this year. Not only that, I have lost 2.5 stone!

I follow a fasting, low carb regime whilst supplementing with Collagen and MCT Keto Creamer and have done since August 2023.
