Chickpea Fritters

High in protein, these chickpea fritters make for a great snack or nutritious side.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of Chickpeas

  • 4 tbsp of Almond Flour

  • 3 tbsp of Parsley

  • 1 medium Onion

  • 2 cloves of Garlic

  • 1 tsp of Ground Cumin

  • 1 tsp of Coriander

  • 3 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 tbsp of Water

  • 1/2 tsp of Salt

  • Black Pepper
