- 2 cans of Chickpeas
- 4 tbsp of Almond Flour
- 3 tbsp of Parsley
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 tsp of Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp of Coriander
- 3 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp of Water
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- Black Pepper

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and drain and rinse your chickpeas
- In a bowl, mash all your ingredients together with a masher.
- Roll your mixture into balls and flatten onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with tahini or tzatziki.
