Chickpea Fritters

High in protein, these chickpea fritters make for a nutritious snack or meal.


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and drain and rinse your chickpeas

Step 2

In a bowl, mash all your ingredients together with a masher.

Step 3

Roll your mixture into balls and flatten onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with tahini or tzatziki. 


  • 2 cans of Chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp of Almond Flour
  • 3 tbsp of Parsley
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tsp of Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp of Coriander
  • 3 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp of Water 
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt
  • Black Pepper
