Chocolate, Collagen and Avocado Mousse

Step 1 

Whizz everything up in a blender, adding a little more hazelnut milk if it starts to stick.  You might want to add some vanilla extract for that extra layer of gorgeousness. 

Step 2 

Decant your chocolatey heaven into small cups, pop them in the fridge to firm up before you pop in your mouth to feed your gut the good stuff! 

• 2 super ripe avocados
• 6 medjool dates (take out the stones)
• 2 heaped tbsp of cacao powder
• Half a cup of hazelnut milk
• Pinch of salt
• 2 drops of stevia (optional) 
• 1 tbsp of Collagen
