Electrolytes are chemicals that conduct electricity when dissolved in water. They regulate nerve and muscle function, hydrate the body, balance blood acidity and pressure, and help rebuild damaged tissue.
This recipe makes 12 lollies that you and your family will love.
Method
Step 1
Pop all your ingredients in an eclectic whizzer for a smooth consistency, or simply mix in a jug to keep your raspberries chunky.
Step 2
Pour your lolly liquid into ice lolly moulds - you can get these everywhere!
Step 3
Pop your lollies in the freezer until fully frozen and get your lick on!
