Frozen Yoghurt Bark

High in protein and high in good fats, this Yogurt Bark is all you need in your freezer to keep those pangs for puds at bay.
Method
Step 1
Line a baking tray (that will fit in your freezer) with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix two scoops of WillPowder's Madagascan Vanilla and White Chocolate Protein Powder into your yoghurt.
Step 3
Pour the yoghurt onto the baking tray and spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet so that it fills the shape.
Step 4
Top with the strawberries, blueberries, or any fruit and nuts of your choice.
Step 5
Place in the freezer until the yoghurt is firm, about 3 hours.
Step 6
Cut into 12-15 pieces, and enjoy cold.
Step 7
Store leftovers in the freezer.

- 2 scoops of WillPowder's Madagascan and White Chocolate Protein Powder (you can also use honey)
- 120g of Strawberries
- 120g of Blueberries
- 60g Mixed Nuts
