High in Protein and packed full of good fats, this frozen yoghurt bark is all you need in your freezer to satisfy those pangs for puds.

Ingredients

  • 480g of full fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 scoops of WillPowders Madagascan and White Chocolate Protein Powder (you can also use honey)
  • 120g of Strawberries
  • 120g of Blueberries
  • 60g Mixed Nuts

Method

Step 1

Line a baking tray (that will fit in your freezer) with parchment paper.

Step 2

Mix two scoops of WillPowders Madagascan Vanilla and White Chocolate Protein Powder into your yoghurt.

Step 3

Pour the yoghurt onto the baking tray and spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet so that it fills the shape.

Step 4

Top with the strawberries, blueberries, or any fruit and nuts of your choice.

Step 5

Place in the freezer until the yoghurt is firm, about 3 hours.

Step 6

Cut into 12-15 pieces, and enjoy cold.

Step 7

Store leftovers in the freezer.
