Get on your shopping list or raid your cupboard
- 1-2 inches fresh Ginger, peeled and sliced
- 2-3 tbsp of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 250ml of Sparkling Water
- 250ml of Still Water
- Ice cubes if serving cold
- 2 Calm capsules
- (optional)- Fresh mint leaves

Method
- In a small saucepan, bring 250ml of water to a simmer.
- Add the sliced ginger and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes to infuse the water with ginger flavour.
- Remove from heat and add the content of 2 Calm capsules.
- If making tea, strain out the ginger, add your lemon juice and serve.
- To serve cold, let your ginger infused water cool.
- Once cooled, strain out the ginger slices and discard them.
- In a pitcher or large glass, combine the ginger-infused water with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add the sparkling water and stir gently to combine. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Ginger Lemon Sparkling Detox Water over the ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing detoxifying drink!
