Your kids will love these high protein, Ninja Veg Choccy Muffins. Great for lunch boxes or when the snack attacks attack!
Method
Step 1
Whizz your courgette, carrot and kale in a blender.
Step 2
Add the rest of your ingredients and blend.
Step 3
Decant your mixture into muffin cases and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Step 4
Bake at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 3-4 Ripe Bananas
- 240g of Courgette
- 120g of Carrot
- 120g of Kale
- 2 scoops of WillPowder's Milk Chocolate Protein Powder
- 3 tbsp of Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 60 g of Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp of Flax Seed
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1 tsp of Baking Soda
- 3 Eggs
- Handful of Chocolate Chips, (optional)
