Your kids will love these high protein, Ninja Veg Choccy Muffins.  Great for lunch boxes or when the snack attacks attack!

Method

Step 1

Whizz your courgette, carrot and kale in a blender.

Step 2

Add the rest of your ingredients and blend.

Step 3

Decant your mixture into muffin cases and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Step 4

Bake at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Ripe Bananas
  • 240g of Courgette
  • 120g of Carrot
  • 120g of Kale
  • 2 scoops of WillPowder's Milk Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 3 tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 60 g of Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp of Flax Seed
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp of Baking Soda
  • 3 Eggs
  • Handful of Chocolate Chips, (optional)
