  • ½ a red onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Half a mango, cubed
  • 300g Prawns
  • Handful of rocket and watercress
  • Coriander
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Juice of half an orange
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp WillPowders MCT Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Caviar/Fish Roe
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Chop your onion, grate your carrot, cube your mango and pop them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add your prawns and caviar to your bowl.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lime and half an orange on your salad.
  4. Add your apple cider vinegar and MCT Oil.
  5. Season.
  6. Add your watercress and rocket leaves.
  7. Toss until everything is coated in the juices. Enjoy!
