Absolutely loved reading this book, I think woman of all ages should read it. I've got so much from it as a perimenopausal women and also helped my daughter with her hormones at 24. As with all Davinia's books all areas are covered!

My first read - bit back to front but all made sense. Love DTs down to earth tell it as it is approach. Really insightful. Again, made complete sense so took the plunge with the products and not looked back.

I loved this book and read it in just a few days. It’s really relatable and easy to understand. I got some of the willpowders products along side this and found I had more energy almost immediately!

I have read this book a few times now. First all the way through, then referring back to c certain parts for a deeper understanding. It gives an in depth view of our bodies but in an easy to understand way. Little things like day light to support sleep and cold showers are fab. highly recommend
