Having watched Davinia’s Instagram for a while and then reading up on Willpowders I decided to dive right in and give this a try.

I’m only in my first week of trying this out, already I’ve noticed I don’t reach for the crisps and chocolate with having the MCT powder, oil and collagen in my coffee and when needing a little something sweet I make the chocolate protein into a hot chocolate or use with full fat yoghurt.
I’m still reading my way through your ‘It’s not a diet’ book and learning so much, it’s like a light has been switched on. I hope I can continue in my journey to better overall health as currently the doctors only want to keep increasing my medications so I’ve decided it’s time I take control of my health once and for all . I’m hoping the spice supplements will help with my sciatica, the calm with better sleep and the electrotides each morning is definitely helping to reduce my water retention.
