I have tried as a hot drink, with water only, with milk only and with Greek yogurt- none of which floated my boat.
I have a 30g scoop with 150ml of milk that’s topped up to 300ml with crushed ice. A quick whizz in the blender and it becomes a delicious shake.
I feel great taking it, it curbs hunger pangs and helps me get my 140g a day protein target.

Another tasty protein
I like the regular chocolate so thought I’d try this - handy if you want to combine. For me personally I have found I prefer my creatine first thing with electrolytes and protein as a snack or mixed with porridge so I’ll keep getting the normal choc. This is definitely worth using though
