Heavy meals have always caused me discomfort so I thought I’d give these a bash before my upcoming holiday as reviews were so good.

Great for indulgence and maybe hot flashes!
Fabulous for over indulgence as everyone else says. I started taking one a night as a little experiment - after a few days the hot flashes stopped. I thought this was because I’d lost some weight. Fast forward a few months without hot flashes, I ran out and stopped taking them for about 3 weeks - within a week the hot flashes started again.
Back on Rise and Shine 1 daily at night = no hot flashes! Coincidence? Maybe, but I’m sticking with it!
