Everything goes into the food processor, so there's minimal washing up and maximum indulgence - with a protein boost in every square.

  • 100g almond flour
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 4 large scoops Cookies and Cream Protein
  • 2 tbsps Dutch cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 75g butter (melted)
  • 50ml water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 130g granulated xylitol
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180⁰C.
  2. Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and then tip the mixture into the tray.
  4. Bake on the middle shelf in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, allow to cool, then cut into squares.
