- 100g almond flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 4 large scoops Cookies and Cream Protein
- 2 tbsps Dutch cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 75g butter (melted)
- 50ml water
- 2 large eggs
- 130g granulated xylitol
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180⁰C.
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and then tip the mixture into the tray.
- Bake on the middle shelf in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool, then cut into squares.
