Another protein pancake recipe from WillPowders. We're totally embracing the cottage cheese craze and these beauties will not disappoint. Thick, fluffy and filling - just the way we like them. 


Ingredients:

  • 250g Cottage Cheese

  • 90g of Almond Flour

  • 1 large scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 3 Eggs

  • 2 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder

  • 1 tbsp of Coconut or MCT Oil

  • Knob of Butter

  • Suggested toppings: Greek Yoghurt and Berries
