Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
Step 2
Combine your Greek yoghurt and almond flour
Step 3
Shape your dough into 6 rounds and make a hole in the middle.
Step 4
Place your bagels onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and brush your dough with an egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 5
Bake for 25- 30 minutes. Allow your bagels to cool slightly before cutting.
Ingredients
- 240g of Greek Yoghurt
- 480g of Almond Flour
- Handful of Sesame Seeds
- 1 egg
- To make them chocolatey, add 2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder to your Yoghurt before combining with your Almond Flour
