A keto avocado bread for when you really need a butty!
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven 200 degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl, smash your avocado, mix in your egg and cheese. Combine your ingredients until smooth.
Step 3
Spoon out some of your mixture and flatten to create a small pancake style piece of bread. Repeat until all your mixture is gone.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes or so.
