Finally, a clean mayo that will not only make your sourdough butties delish, or pimp your chips the right way, but will also support your brain health brilliantly.


Step 1

Pop your egg yolk, mustard, and white wine vinegar or lemon juice in a blender and whizz.

Step 2

Combine your olive oil and MCT Oil and pour slowly - thickening your mayo as you go.

Step 3

Season accordingly. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.


  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1/2 tsp of Dijon Mustard
  • 1tbsp of White Wine Vinegar (or Lemon Juice)
  • 100 ml of Olive Oil
  • 50 ml of MCT Oil
