No Bake Protein Brownies

Whether you need a pre exercise boost or something chocolatey and fudgy to satisfy those cravings, these No Bake Protein Brownies are an absolute winner.
Method
Step 1
Add all the base ingredients (except water) to a food processor and blend until smooth. This may take a few minutes. If it doesn't come together, add 1 tablespoon of water (only add the other if it doesn't come together)
Step 2
Press down into a lined mini brownie tin (or muffin tin) and refrigerate while you prepare the topping.
Step 3
Mix the topping ingredients together and place on top, then sprinkle over a handful of nuts/seeds and place back in the fridge for at least an hour.

Base
- 360g of Walnuts
- 12 Pitted Dates
- 120g of Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder
- 1 scoop of WillPowder's Milk Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1-2 tablespoons water (if needed)
Top
- 2 tbsp of WillPowder's MCT Oil
- 2 tbsp of melted Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp of WillPowder's Milk Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1-2 tbsp of Maple Syrup
- A handful of Nuts, dried fruit and/or seeds
