This is a great dressing for any salad. The freshness of the citrus really compliments the salty Umami flavour of the Miso and it is packed with loads of health benefits too:

Manuka honey contains active compounds, giving it natural antimicrobial properties.  

Miso Paste is delicious but it also supports weight loss, digestion and the immune system. 

Orange Juice is a great source of Vitamin C. 

Cayenne Pepper soothes the gut and aids digestion.

Apple cider vinegar is a great flavour enhancer, but if you get it "with the mother" then it contains all of the live bacteria that repopulate the gut, aiding digestion, and inhibiting glucose spikes. 

MCT Oil improves mental clarity, energy levels, and fat loss.

Method

Step 1: 

Simply throw all of your ingredients into a bowl and whisk until fully blended. Boom! There you have a delicious nutrient powerhouse!

  • 1 tbsp Manuka Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Organic Miso Paste
  • Juice of half an Orange
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp WillPowder’s MCT Oil
