Perfect for Pancake Day!

Another scrummy version of our protein pancakes with added collagen from WillPowderer, Nicola Connolly.

Topped with good fat that will keep you satiated, crush those cravings and provide a double dose of those all important amino acids. Nic makes bitesize pancakes for those on the go snacks, but you can increase your batter amount for larger ones.


Step 1

Pop your banana, almond flour, protein powder, collagen, baking powder (if using) and egg into an electric blender and whizz for a smooth consistency.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan until it's smoking and melt a knob of butter

Step 3

Pour a ladle amount for large pancakes, or a tbsp of batter for bitesize pancakes into your pan, flipping your pancake after a minute or so. Repeat until all your batter is used. Drizzle with yoghurt, honey and a sprinkling of blueberries.


  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 20g of Almond Flour
  • 1 large scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 large scoop of Collagen
  • 1 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder (if you want thick American style)
  • A knob of Butter
  • 1 tbsp of full fat Greek Yoghurt
  • A handful of Blueberries
  • A drizzle of Honey
