Method

  1. Chop the peppers and add to the airfryer with all other ingredients except the cream stock and basil. Cook at 200 for 20 minutes
  2. Pop your roasted veg in a pan and add in the stock, cream, Collagen and MCT Keto Powder and basil.
  3. Season and enjoy
