Recommended to take this collagen by a friend after I broke my leg and ankle. Am on my third packet and am starting to notice much stronger nails which hopefully means my bones are getting a boost of strength too! Excuse the nails as they are a work in progress (and a lover of gardening!)but you can see the difference in the regrowth compared to the ends.

I am 47, peri-menopausal and have been using the Bovine Collagen Peptides Powder on a daily basis since the middle of April. I am yet to see any real difference to my skin or hair if I am honest, but have noticed that my nails are definitely longer and stronger. I am taking slightly more than recommended 10-15g and have it daily in my Twinings - Superblend 'Glow' tea, the collagen powder is completely tasteless so this is excellent! But I will persevere for the next few months in the hope of glowing skin and fewer wrinkles, otherwise I cannot justify the £23.00+postage amount each month, despite it being cheaper than other collagen products. I am optimistic however, hence the 4 stars given as there are so many positive reviews, along with the speedy dispatch and easy to use website!
