Got this to try partly because I found myself getting leg cramps after a workout and also because I was going abroad for two weeks and knew I would potentially be bloated or have water retention. Had it nearly every day first think in the morning and it really did help with water retention and bloating. My husband even tried one but it was so successful he got put off by needing to pee so much!! 🤣 Tasted really nice without being artificially sweet or flavoured, I did struggle to dissolve it all though.
