I feel so much better for drinking these powders. I have fibromyalgia and suffer with fatigue. I also suffer with headaches and brain fog. My fatigue definitely isn’t so bad and I haven’t used a migraine spray for nearly two months. My brain fog is also so much better. I highly recommend these electrotides.

A must have for me
These have gotten rid of my pre-menstrual breast swelling and tenderness. Not sure how, not sure why, but it’s definitely this product (I’ve stopped and restarted it to be sure). Not why I originally started to use them but definitely an interesting side effect. I really like the taste of the cherry flavour and enjoy drinking these in the morning.

The best flavour
Cherry is by far the best flavour for me. I have one a day, I really feel it helps hydrate me especially on holiday where I would have 2 a day.
