    Great for work

    Use these sachets for a shake to have on my night shifts when eating a meal doesn’t feel right. Love vanilla as I can add whatever fruit I fancy to flavour - whizz up with some milk , kefir, nut butter, chia seeds and fruit for a very filling super shake.
