Beef Bone Broth is rich in protein and is a source of amino acids such as glycine and proline. These support collagen synthesis and may therefore support skin and joint health. The amino acids also have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects (see Glycine for more information).

Grass Fed Butter (Milk)

Grass fed butter (milk) is nutritionally superior to milk. Produced from cows eating conserved grass, it contains fatty acids, particularly high in Omega-3 fatty acids. They may influence the gut-brain axis, through its action on the composition of the gut microbiota.

MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) Oil

Medium chain triglycerides are involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids. MCT oil may increase triglycerides. They may improve memory function and increase satiety and reduce calorie consumption.

Tapioca Fibre

Breaking a fast? Nourish your gut before you chow down and give yourself a boost with our Break a Fast Protein Coffee. Simply add a spoonful of organic coffee, a small scoop of collagen and a big scoop of Neutral Protein to your favourite mug; add a little hot water and whizz, then fill her up. 

Want to put some extra clothes on your carbs? Enrich them with Neutral Protein and give our Protein Flatbreads a whirl. Add 240g of full fat Greek yoghurt to 240g of plain flour, 4 large scoops of Neutral Protein, 1 tsp of Celtic sea salt and 1 tsp of baking powder, mix until a dough forms, roll out into 8 flatbreads and griddle on each side for 1–2 minutes.
