I am 47, peri-menopausal and have been taking Spice capsules 3x per day since the beginning of April. I am yet to see any real difference to my achey joints if I am honest, but I will persevere for the next few months as I know it can take a while to notice any benefits. Otherwise I cannot justify the £21.00+postage each month. I am optimistic however, hence the 4 stars given as there are so many positive reviews, along with the speedy dispatch and easy to use website!

I started taking these last year and have seen a big difference in the pain in my knee joints. I wasn't able to do weighted squats but now they are no problem. It's definitely another staple in my cupboard

I have taken spice since it launched and it really works! I had stiff and aching joints and this product erased that! When I unexpectedly ran out and didn’t end up taking it for a couple of weeks my joints started hurting again. I also got my husband to take it and it’s helped his long term knee injury! We definitely recommend spice!
