Anti-inflammatory, amino acid rich and keto friendly. The perfect low carb side!


Step 1

Heat your oil in a large pan and gently fry your onion, garlic and leek until soft.

Step 2

Add in the contents of a Spice capsule and cook for a further minute.

Step 3

Add the cauliflower and stir well to coat with the onion mix.

Step 4

Add your bone broth and collagen cover and cook for around 10 minutes.

Step 5

Puree with a hand blender, or mash well.

Step 6

Add a squeeze of lemon juice to serve.


  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil or MCT Oil
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 Leek, finely sliced
  • 1 Spice capsule or 1/2 tsp of Turmeric
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 small Cauliflower, divided into florets
  • 50ml of Bone Broth
  • 1 large scoop of Collagen
  • Squeeze of Lemon
