Method

  1. Heat your oil in a large pan and gently fry your onion, garlic and leek until soft.
  2. Add in the contents of a Spice capsule and cook for a further minute.
  3. Add the cauliflower and stir well to coat with the onion mix.
  4. Add your bone broth and collagen cover and cook for around 10 minutes.
  5. Puree with a hand blender, or mash well.
  6. Add a squeeze of lemon juice to serve.
