Sick of your kids eating sugary cereal that doesn't fully satisfy them? Give this high in protein alternative a go.
Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Line two large baking trays with baking parchment.
Step 2
In a large microwaveable bowl, melt the coconut oil melt with MCT Oil, honey, cocoa powder and Protein Powder.
Step 3
Stir in the buckwheat, covering well in the chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Spread the mixture onto the baking trays and bake for 15 mins, stirring halfway, then mix in the cacao nibs. Allow to cool before storing in a Kilner jar or airtight container.
Best eaten within 1 month.

- 50 ml of Coconut Oil (or 100 ml if you haven't introduced MCT Oil to your kid's tums yet)
- 50 ml of MCT Oil
- 200g Honey
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 50g of WillPowder's Chocolate Protein Powder
- 850g Buckwheat
- 150g pack Cacao Nibs
