This deliciously pimped Hummus is high in protein, will keep you satisfied and fuel your brain with the goodness of MCT Oil
Method
Step 1
Simply add all of your ingredients into a blender, whizz and enjoy. (Add more Olive Oil to loosen your hummus up for your desired texture.)
Ingredients
- 1 tin of Organic Chickpeas
- The juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 tsps of Curry Powder
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 1 tbsp of Organic (clean) Peanut Butter
- 1 good pinch of Salt
- 1 tbsp of MCT Oil
- Olive Oil to loosen
