Ingredients
- 2 bunches of Basil (without the stalks)
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 150g of toasted Pine nuts
- 5 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp of MCT Oil
- 240g of Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Method
Step 1
Pop your pine nuts into a dry frying pan over a medium heat. Move the nuts around until toasted.
Step 2
Add all of your ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.
Step 3
Serve over pasta or perhaps on a sourdough bruschetta. Yum!
