A delicious pesto recipe that serves as a quick dinner idea and that will boost your brain energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100g Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt
  • 50ml of MCT Oil or Olive Oil
  • 50g Pumpkin Seeds

Method

Step 1

Simply pop all of your ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Serve over pasta or use as a sandwich filler.
