Our WillPowder’s community are creating the most delish recipes, and Sara Martin smashed it out of the park with this gorgeous Protein packed, Blueberry Cheesecake.  Yum! 

Method

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 and combine your nuts and crush.

Step 2

Add your butter and mix until all of the ingredients have combined.

Step 3

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius and then chill in the fridge once baked. 

Step 4

Whilst your base in chilling, combine your protein powder and cream cheese until smooth. 

Step 5

Cover your base with your cream cheese filling and chill. 

Step 6

Cover your cheesecake with blueberries and enjoy!

Ingredients

For the Base

  • 100g of Brazil Nuts
  • 100g of Walnuts 
  • 75g of butter 

For the Top

  • 2 tbsp of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 200g of Full Fat Cream Cheese
  • 1 handful of Blueberries
