
Protein and Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 100g of Brazil Nuts
- 100g of Walnuts
- 75g of butter
- 2 tbsp of Vanilla Protein Powder
- 200g of Full Fat Cream Cheese
- 1 handful of Blueberries
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180 and combine your nuts and crush.
Step 2
Add your butter and mix until all of the ingredients have combined.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius and then chill in the fridge once baked.
Step 4
Whilst your base in chilling, combine your protein powder and cream cheese until smooth.
Step 5
Cover your base with your cream cheese filling and chill.
Step 6
Cover your cheesecake with blueberries and enjoy!
