Protein-packed Chicken Gravy
Rich, glossy and full of flavour - this gravy takes your Sunday roast from “nice” to “next level.” Made with real stock and boosted with protein, it’s the perfect drizzle (or flood) over Yorkshire puds, chicken, and roasties.
Ingredients:

500ml chicken bone broth or stock (ideally homemade or roast chicken juices - must be the gloopy jelly kind with fat for full flavour)

2 tbsp WillPowders Neutral Protein Powder

1/2 tsp garlic granules

1/2 tsp dried thyme

A couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp cornflour or arrowroot

6 tsp cold water

Salt and pepper to taste
