Get on your shopping list or raid your cupboard
- 500ml chicken bone broth or stock (ideally homemade or roast chicken juices - must be the gloopy jelly kind with fat for full flavour)
- 2 tbsp WillPowders Neutral Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- A couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp cornflour or arrowroot
- 6 tsp cold water
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Pour the bone broth or stock into a saucepan
- Whisk in the WillPowders Neutral Protein Powder until smooth
- Stir through the garlic granules, dried thyme and Worcestershire sauce
- Bring the gravy to the boil over medium heat
- In a small cup, mix the cornflour or arrowroot with cold water to form a smooth emulsion
- Slowly whisk this into the boiling gravy until it thickens to your liking
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Serve piping hot over roast chicken, Yorkies or whatever needs a flavour boost
