I’ve seen a massive difference in the swelling on my feet and hands. Plus I’m feeling a lot less bloated. I’ve tried all three flavours and the watermelon is my favourite as it’s not too strong and doesn’t leave an artificial taste.

Make up to 1 L as that’s the way I prefer them.
Add to vessel first and then add the water they dissolve in a flash.
