Travel necessity
Used these recently when I travelled to LA and couldn’t have done it without them. Previously suffering with bloating and swollen ankles when flying which carries on the first few days of holiday, an 11 hour flight was daunting. These electrolytes not only kept me hydrated but they also stopped me retaining fluid in my ankles and a bloated stomach the first few days.
