Our shipping costs at this time are running high due to the cost of packing the goods in our warehouse, the cost of the packing and also the charges we incur for postage (including premium rates for delivery drivers!).

Unlike some other companies, we want to be transparent with you. We don't want to hide away the cost by artificially putting up the cost of our products and offering you a postage charge that isn't real.

Unfortunately these rates are high at the moment due to a number of factors, but we are always looking for cheaper options to reduce the shipping costs for you. 

We process our orders daily and send out orders received before 2pm on the same day.

Northern Ireland

Unfortunately, with the NI Protocol, there are a number of issues that are hampering our ability to “export” our products to Northern Ireland despite it being UK! These involve our products being of animal origin, so there is a burden of paperwork and duties that make it not only expensive but also parcels are subject to return without passing customs. We are actively working on solutions to this. In the meantime, if you have a friend in mainland UK, they could perhaps order for you and ship it on.

Republic of Ireland

We have not yet scaled up to deliveries outside mainland UK. We need to look at export rules and labeling regulations per country as well as shipping costs and customs duties and paperwork. We are working on a solution to this & hope to be able to deliver to the Republic of Ireland later this year. Unfortunately, we do not have any retail outlets either. In the meantime, if you have a friend in mainland UK, they could perhaps order for you and ship it on.

Channel Islands

Currently, as a small new business, we have not yet scaled up to do international deliveries. We need to look at export rules and labeling regulations per country as well as shipping costs and customs duties and paperwork. We are working on a solution to this and hope to be able to deliver to you later this year.
